This strategic acquisition granted Lochmueller an immediate presence in Texas through an established firm, combining resources to offer enhanced professional services, including rail, highway, and structural design, water resources, and traffic engineering, as well as environmental science, planning, and land acquisition. Combined, we offer a diverse team of professionals who have served Texas and the Southwest for 38 years, providing full-service civil engineering, construction administration, rail design, and permitting services.
